Multicam is probably not original, but as a large pouch to throw in some useful bits, a multitool, or even something to eat, it's fine. As for durability, I'm not sure, but the price is okay.

Nice big pouch with lots of space for utility stuff you might need during your game or trip. Good material and stiching though the straps are kinda stiff to work through molles but they hold very well.
-
The pouch is made of very good, strong material. It is quite spacious—you can fit, for example, two bottles of water in it. The zipper is impossible to open by itself, and the MOLLE straps, especially the buttons at the end, hold very strongly.

Spacious bag, it could be a bit stiffer, but that's my opinion. Generally, it's okay.

Useful for trips to the shooting range. Attached to the gun case, it can hold accessories.
