Solid, inexpensive (and even cheaper on promotion :)), knife with good 8Cr13MoV steel, plus a G10 handle scale more often found in more expensive knives, super sharp (it shaves arm hair and that's something!). Also, the Axis lock works nicely and I hope the spring will last a long time, and the blade is the right length. I like it and that's what matters. I recommend!

I've had it for almost 4 years now. It works just as smoothly as when I bought this knife at Militaria. At first, you have to get used to the heavy opening and its razor-sharp edge (I cut myself while practicing opening and closing). I recommend it.

Update of my opinion from 1.08.2014: I lubricated the knife with Pruciak oil available in militaria.pl's assortment because I will use it, among other things, with food. When I had a free moment at the computer, I opened and closed it, sometimes with both hands, sometimes one-handed just using the axis lock. After a few days, either the springs have broken in, or the lubrication helped, or the skin on the tip of my thumb and index finger got used to the lock… or maybe a bit of everything. Anyway, at the moment, using this knife is excellent.

The knife makes an impression right out of the box, the G10 handle scales have a good texture, making it comfortable to hold, and it comes sharp enough from the factory to shave hair. The actual cutting edge length is about 90mm. As for the lock, it's a bit worse because the springs are stiff and hard to operate (lubricating didn't help much), closing the blade isn't a big problem but opening the knife with the lock and not the thumb stud is tricky... it's possible, but it comes with momentary pain in the thumb and index finger.

Bought as a gift. Can't say much yet. First impression - wow, great knife. The quality is amazing. The sharpness is excellent. Nice, thick steel. Axis Lock is a hit. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

The cheapest with an axis lock I've seen and surprisingly works just as well as models that cost several hundred more. Highly recommended, great thing.

Very good knife, it's really sharp. It's my first knife with this type of lock. You need to get used to and learn how to release the lock, but it's really fine. I also really liked its appearance. But most importantly, the knife works and is sharp.
