Savotta Frag Smoke Pouch - MultiCam

A pouch in MultiCam camouflage designed for carrying fragmentation grenades, smoke grenades, and other small equipment. It is effective in both tactical and outdoor applications, offering great flexibility of use. Made from durable 1000D Cordura and polyester tapes, it ensures high resistance to damage and long service life.

Construction from Cordura 1000D, NIR

The construction is based on a single, cross-pattern panel of material which, thanks to the use of hook-and-loop fasteners, allows for a wide range of adjustment. This setup enables fitting different types of grenades, blank charges, or even small radios without the need for rigid dividers. The 1000D Cordura material features high resistance to wear and difficult terrain conditions. The material used meets NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, which means limited visibility in the infrared range.

closure and content protection

The pouch is closed with a flap and SR buckle plus an additional hook-and-loop fastener, providing secure content protection. Notable features include open bottom corners allowing water drainage and upper "flaps" protecting contents from dirt. The pouch measures 9 x 12 x 1 cm.

Mounting system and MOLLE/PALS compatibility

The model is equipped with a mounting system compatible with PALS/MOLLE, allowing stable attachment to tactical vests, belts, or backpacks. Additionally, the design allows weaving straps in a way that enables mounting directly on belts 45-50 mm wide. Therefore, the pouch is compatible with a wide range of modern accouterment systems and is effective in various equipment configurations.

MultiCam camouflage

MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior program. Its aim was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in diverse terrains and changing environmental conditions.

The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. This allows it to dynamically adapt to the background, taking on green shades in forest areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - particularly effective in Central and Eastern European environments during autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the U.S. Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

Cordura feature
Cordura

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.

PALS system feature
PALS system

PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.

NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) feature
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance)
NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) is a material property of controlled reflection of radiation in the near-infrared (780-2500 nm) range, used primarily in tactical clothing and equipment. NIR-treated fabrics are designed to reduce the thermal emission and reflection of IR radiation, allowing the material's surface temperature to be kept close to ambient. This reduces the risk of detection of the wearer by electronic-optical surveillance systems, including night vision and infrared sensors. NIR technology significantly improves the effectiveness of camouflage in combat and low-light conditions.
