Savotta Tourniquet Pouch - M05 Finnish Woodland Camo
A M05 Finnish Woodland Camo pouch designed for carrying a tourniquet type SOF, CAT Gen 7, SAM-XT or other items of similar dimensions. It is an ideal part of an individual medical gear, providing quick access to the tactical tourniquet in situations that require immediate response.
Durable material
The container is made of high abrasion-resistant polyester, tear-resistant, and suitable for intensive field use. This fabric offers good durability while maintaining relatively low weight, which is significant in tactical accouterment. The material withstands harsh weather conditions and moisture contact well, increasing its functionality in outdoor and combat applications. The material meets the NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, meaning limited visibility in the infrared range.
elastic loops, compatibility with PALS system
The pouch is closed with a snap, additionally secured with a velcro strap. Elastic bands are sewn in on the sides, designed for, for instance, a marker, which allows marking the time of applying the tourniquet.

M05 camouflage
The camouflage M05 (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) is a family of pixelated camouflage patterns introduced to the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005 as a successor to the M91 pattern. It was developed based on digital analysis of photographs of Finnish forests taken during various seasons by the Finnish Forest Research Institute. The M05 family includes several variants, including woodland, snow, and cold weather.
The main woodland version M05 consists of patches in light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite colors, effectively replicating the structure of Finnish forests. Due to similar vegetation and terrain conditions, the M05 Woodland camouflage is also effective in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, providing effective concealment in natural surroundings.

This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
