Helical gear set configured as DSG (Dual Sector Gear). Manufactured from stainless steel using precision CNC machining. These gears significantly enhance the mechanism’s performance, optimize replica operation, lower noise levels, and minimize energy consumption.
A skeletal framework provides weight reduction, resulting in decreased motor strain and lower power usage. The gear system features two sets of 8 teeth positioned on each side of the sector disc. One complete disc rotation fires two rounds.
