An electric replica of the SA-F04-RL carbine from the Flex Gen. 2 line, constructed from nylon fiber-reinforced polymer and metal components. Outfitted with a HAL ETU control unit, enabling customization of functions to individual preferences, a brushless BLDC motor, and an ESA quick spring replacement system. All structural parts are engineered with high precision, ensuring excellent performance and reliable, smooth mechanical operation.

Constructed with a nylon fiber reinforced polymer, the body, receiver extension, and pistol grip provide durability and lightweight performance. Metal parts include the flash hider, outer barrel, dummy slide, ejection port cover, fire selector, bolt release button, magazine catch, QD mounts on the stock, pins, and charging lever. The proprietary Specna Arms body features enhanced ambidextrous grips as well as a fully operational Bolt-Catch. Distinctive elements such as manufacturer markings and a unique serial number are also present on the receiver.

Featuring a 22 mm RIS top rail, the platform supports the attachment of any optoelectronic devices. Out of the box, it comes with factory-mounted, mechanical adjustable flip-up sights, including a front sight and a rear aperture.
