Manufactured from a combination of metal and durable plastic, the replica features a robust design. Components such as the breech, outer barrel, skeletonized trigger, compensator, magazine, all screws, and the optics mounting plate are crafted from metal. The pistol grip and the enlarged magazine funnel utilize high-quality plastic. Solid construction ensures a comfortable fit in the hand, while the non-slip texturing enhances grip security and control during operation.

Outfitted with a robust Blow-Back system, the pistol moves the breech with every shot fired. Once the final BB leaves the magazine, the breech locks securely in the rear position. The Dark Viper operates on a gas-driven mechanism, supporting power from both a CO2 magazine and Green Gas. Under standard configuration, the replica achieves a muzzle velocity of 300 FPS.
