The 4 kg training ball is very sturdy and made of durable materials, allowing for intense exercises. It does not bounce off the floor when dropped. The only downside is that I thought it would be a bit smaller, but it still works great!

Very good quality slam ball at a great price, it's hard to find a similar price on the market, even for used ones. I've been using it for several months now and it works great.
