Constructed from dirt-resistant ballistic nylon featuring a robust Oxford 600D weave. The front Velcro-sealed pocket provides handy storage for essentials like a phone, wallet, or keys. Soft, micro mesh-covered panels line the inside, helping to prevent skin from overheating during high-intensity sessions.

Training with the vest supports progressive endurance building during functional workouts and the WOD MURPH (male division). The vest on its own weighs 1.5 kg, and the package includes two plates at 1.6 kg each. A maximum combined load of 4.7 kg (10.36 lb) can be achieved when using the vest.

Weighted plates slot into designated pockets on both the front and rear panels. These pockets are secured with straps and Velcro closures to keep inserts from slipping out mid-exercise.

A secure, body-hugging fit with a broad range of movement is ensured. The quick-adjust belt secured by a buckle makes the vest adaptable to most users. Balanced weight distribution, together with padding at shoulders, back, and chest, guarantees both functionality and enhanced comfort.
