Very good protein. I use it for shakes and it mixes well. The taste is fine too. I'll probably come back to it more than once. The price has gone up though, and it could have stayed at the previous level.

WHEY 100 is a peanut butter flavored protein supplement containing whey protein concentrate (WPC), which is a source of wholesome animal proteins, and all essential amino acids, including BCAA and L-glutamic acid.
The supplement helps to supplement the daily diet with an important amount of protein for physically active people. The ingredients in the preparation support the body in building and maintaining muscle mass and in recovery after exertion. The supplement contains a sweetener.
Recommended daily portion: 3 servings per day - after waking up, within 1.5 hours after training or between meals, before bedtime. 1 serving of the preparation (30 g = 2 scoops) should be dissolved in 200 ml or milk, using a shaker or mixer.
Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note: it is not recommended for use by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Storage conditions: keep in dry and rooms, at a temperature of 15 - 25 deg. C, in tightly closed packages, out of the reach of small children. Consume within 3 months after opening.
