I've had it for a few weeks and as a 1911 enthusiast, I had to have the 'antique' version in my collection. It's a very nicely made replica, with excellent finish, real wood grips instead of the usual plastic imitation you find in similar replicas. The 'LEGENDS 1911' inscription on the slide is unnecessary—without it, it would look perfect. Another plus is the very strong blowback!
Replica of the 1911 pistol, crafted predominantly from robust metal. The only exception is the grip panels, which are fashioned from premium oiled walnut wood. Intentionally weathered components impart a distinctive vintage character to the firearm.
Operates in the SA (Single Action) mechanism, requiring the hammer to be cocked manually before each shot. Thanks to the Blow-Back feature, each pull of the trigger causes the slide to recoil, resetting the hammer for the next shot, while the forward motion chambers a BB into the barrel, ready to fire at approximately 120 m/s upon trigger activation.
Equipped with precision aiming instruments, including a front sight and rear sight. The grip is ergonomically contoured and features an anti-slip texture to ensure a stable hold in any situation. Modeled after the original firearm, the air gun is designed with two safeties: a grip safety (Beavertail) and a thumb safety.
Supplied with a magazine that accommodates 17 round BBs of 4.5 mm caliber, alongside a 12-gram CO2 cartridge. Provides up to 60 consistent shots per cartridge.
The package includes:
- Umarex Legends 1911 Vintage 4.5 mm air rifle
- magazine.

Great gun. It’s not the most accurate, but the feeling when you hold it in your hand is incredible. A piece of history. Unfortunately, the original magazine soon broke (my fault), but I bought two new ones.
