Sharp knife. Regularly careful :) I thought it would be a bit longer. Satisfying width, so I recommend it! My wife and I use the kitchen all the time. Unfortunately, due to my carelessness, I broke the tip of the knife; it’s a bit delicate.

The knife taken out of the packaging is very sharp. It easily cuts small strips of paper. It cuts meat well, etc., currently my main knife for preparing dinner. I don’t know yet how long it will keep its sharpness, but so far it seems OK.
