I used them for 4 days (size L) on icy trails in the Tatra Mountains. The crampons look solid, thick rubber, they stay fairly stable on the shoe, nothing slips or loosens, after several hours on the shoe there was nothing to adjust. The metal parts also hold up, even though sometimes I had to step on stones, I haven't noticed any damage so far. They do their job especially on steep ascents. It's important to match the crampons to the specific shoe size, taking into account the tolerance given by the manufacturer, as they don't have any additional adjustment. The velcro strap holds well, doesn’t come undone, but serves rather as extra stabilization and won't compensate for looseness caused by the wrong size. The price could be lower - in a popular sports store I bought very similar ones a week earlier for 99 PLN for size M, and size S for 79. It's possible that the higher price is affected by the nice, hard yet lightweight case. As usual, since it’s not the first time I've shopped online at Militaria.pl, the delivery was world record fast. I placed the order just before 8:00 PM, and by noon the next day the product was ready for pickup at the parcel locker in Zakopane.
