Crafted from premium Bohler M390 powder steel, the blade achieves a 58-60 HRC hardness rating, utilizing the advanced powder metallurgy method. Owing to its uniform structure and balanced chemical composition, this steel delivers a combination of exceptional strength and superior corrosion resistance. The elevated chromium content provides both hardness and protection against rust, while the inclusion of tungsten and molybdenum boosts the blade’s resistance to wear and dulling by creating hard carbides within the steel matrix. Powder metallurgy ensures the steel’s microstructure remains consistently homogeneous, free from impurities or flaws. The result is outstanding mechanical performance. Featuring a flat grind, the blade is refined with a manual satin finish, giving it a semi-matte appearance that reduces glare. Black components are completed using the Stonewashed technique, effectively concealing minor abrasions.

The knife handle and Backspacers are crafted from 6AL4V titanium, renowned for its exceptional corrosion resistance and impressive strength-to-weight ratio. Ergonomically contoured, the handle provides both comfort and a secure grip, while smoothly rounded edges help prevent cuts and blisters during extended use. The scales are adorned with a robust copper-and-carbon fiber motif.

The knife features a Nested Frame Lock, a specialized version of the traditional frame lock where the locking mechanism is integrated within the interior of the handle, rather than forming an external part of the knife’s structure. Concealing the locking frame not only enhances resistance to debris but also offers a more refined appearance, as the mechanism remains hidden from view. A ceramic ball bearing guarantees smooth and effortless blade deployment.

Fitted with a black, flexible titanium Deep Carry clip, the knife can be securely positioned in the pocket with the blade in a tip-up orientation. A dedicated groove at the end of the clip hooks firmly onto the belt or pocket edge, minimizing the risk of losing the knife accidentally.
