Two-piece construction, durable Cordura
The construction of the belt features two distinct layers: an inner belt and an outer belt. Serving as a secure mounting platform for the outer layer, the inner belt is crafted from lightweight webbing and fitted with velcro, enabling precise size adjustment and maintaining stability for attached gear.
The outer belt, measuring 50 mm in width, is manufactured from robust, abrasion-resistant Cordura. A thermoplastic insert reinforces the structure, allowing it to handle substantial weight loads while offering increased rigidity and stability in operation.
Cobra QD buckle, G-Buckle
Secured with a rugged metal Cobra QD buckle featuring a D-ring, the inner belt delivers reliable fastening. The outer belt connects to the inner belt via velcro and G-Buckle buckles, with fit adjustment provided by a drawstring strap situated on the right side.
MOLLE/PALS system with Laser Cut technology
The outer belt incorporates three rows of MOLLE/PALS system slots created using Laser Cut technology, offering convenient mounting options for additional gear and accessories, such as cargo pouches, drop pouches, or protective covers. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
