3M Peltor Protac Hunter SNR 26 dB Active Hearing Protectors - Green
Active hearing protectors operating on two AA batteries enable the user to perceive ambient sounds at levels not exceeding 82 dB. Upon detection of sudden loud noises, such as gunfire, integrated microphones capture the sound, and advanced electronics within the protectors instantly attenuate hazardous noise to a safe threshold. Situational awareness as well as clear communication are preserved even during high-intensity shooting scenarios.
High level of attenuation and energy saving
In accordance with the European standard Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), which defines the anticipated level of sound reduction, the ProTac Hunter protectors deliver attenuation rated at SNR 26 dB. For improved energy efficiency, the electronic system powers down automatically after 4 hours of inactivity. An appropriate voice prompt will notify the user whenever the battery charge is running low.
Button arrangement and volume control
Convenient control buttons located on one of the muff cups allow for easy power on/off and volume regulation. Amplification of weak ambient sounds is possible. An adjustable headband guarantees a secure fit, while soft ear cushions offer comfort, even during extended use.
3.5 mm audio input
Featuring an external 3.5 mm audio input, the protectors can be connected to various devices, such as a smartphone or two-way radio.

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Peltor.
Peltor is a Swedish brand founded in 1950 by Thore Palmaer, considered a pioneer in the field of hearing protection. Initially, he created the first set of headphones that enabled communication in noisy military environments while protecting the operator's hearing. Peltor is now part of the 3M group and provides specialist solutions for industry, the armed forces, aviation, and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the brand's most important innovations is the ComTac system, used by the armed forces since the late 1990s, which protects hearing while maintaining awareness of the surroundings through digital noise cancellation and amplification of quiet sounds. Another groundbreaking product is the WS Alert XPV, the world's first self-charging Bluetooth safety headphones that recharge with solar energy thanks to Powerfoyle™ technology. This solution greatly reduces or completely eliminates the need for manual charging.

Very good headphones at a reasonable price. Not a budget product anymore, but still not outrageously expensive. Overall quality and comfort - very good (from the perspective of almost a year of use). Compared to Sordins, the sound is a bit worse, but the noise suppression is similar. However, there is a greater range of size adjustment than in Sordins. A successful purchase, so I recommend it.

They are really comfortable and do not cause head fatigue. I like that a classic power button was used here instead of a dial, as in many other models – it is much more convenient. However, they have some minor flaws: with very loud speech, they can have a slight hiss. The set disappointed me because it does not include either a case or a pouch, and during transport in the original packaging the equipment moved around freely as it wasn't secured in any way.

The protectors seem to be the best compromise between price, size, quality, and level of dampening. The downside is they can't be folded inward, but if that doesn't bother you, there's nothing else to criticize in this price category.

Headphones from a good and trusted company, I have been using them for some time and have had no problems. Comfortable (they don't restrict movement when shouldering a long gun), durable, and the batteries last a really long time.
-
Good, proven headphones. Solid and thoughtful design. They fit well and don't restrict movement. Relatively lightweight. There's nothing to criticize about how they dampen gunshots. Long battery life.
-
Excellent quality active hearing protection device. They dampen shots very well; I recommend them for both open and closed shooting ranges. You don't need to take off the protectors to talk to someone, as the protectors amplify sounds very well. I recommend it—a good quality product worth buying.
-
They don't adjust in size, so it's uncomfortable if you have a big head. For the price, this is a silly flaw that makes them difficult to use.
-
Very good protectors, excellently made and fit the head well. They have great dampening and the electronics work flawlessly. Volume adjustment is a plus. The only downside is that you can't fold the earcups inwards (under the headband). Apart from that, there's nothing to complain about. I recommend them.

The protectors look well-made and are comfortable. They serve their function as described by the manufacturer. At an indoor range, for pistols and smaller rifles, they work perfectly. For a larger caliber, it would probably be worth getting the Shooter version. Anyway, I am very satisfied with them.
-
Protectors that need no introduction, tested today at an open shooting range and performed as expected. Good reduction of gunfire and amplification of surrounding voices make training at the range pleasant and enjoyable. They look good and are comfortable. Price is also a strong point.
-
Hearing protectors with excellent acoustic quality. The product is worth its price, and the comfort at the shooting range is incomparable to ordinary hearing protectors. I highly recommend such headphones. The product is worth its price!

For this price, these headphones do a really good job. The muting is great. I recommend the purchase to everyone. They fit perfectly to the ears, which is essential. I hope they will last as long as possible.
-
Top-class headphones. Good sound dampening, very comfortable. Even after several hours of wearing, there is no discomfort. Personally, I am very satisfied with the purchase and recommend these protectors.

Awesome headphones. I assume that more expensive models dampen the environment better, but for me this particular model is perfectly sufficient. I sincerely recommend it!!!!
