The pouch holds the radio very well. It doesn't fall out or slip out. The clamping force can be adjusted.

The pouch is really good, but it's a bit too big. The Baofeng UV-5R literally sinks inside and only half the antenna is visible. If you mount a big battery on the UV-5R, it makes sense, and it's also good for longer radios. I recommend it for long handheld radios.
