Winter jacket with a hood equipped with a membrane that provides 10000 mm H20 waterproofness and breathability at the level of 8000 g/m2/24h. Additional insulating fill ensures adequate thermal comfort at temperatures below 0 deg C.

The outer layer of the jacket is made of durable polyester, and the fill is made of eco-friendly insulation from recycled materials. The adjustable hood protects the head from adverse weather conditions, and the microfleece-lined collar protects the neck from the wind. At the top of the main, waterproof zipper, an additional piece of fabric has been sewn in to protect the chin from pinching.

The sleeves are equipped with an insert made of flexible material, and adjustment cord locks are placed at the bottom of the jacket, which provides additional protection against wind getting underneath. The jacket cuffs can be adjusted with wide velcro straps.

The Causses model is also equipped with an adjustable, removable snow skirt. Its role is to protect against blasts of cold wind and shield the back during winter sports.

The jacket is equipped with 6 zipper-closed pockets:
- two classic side pockets,
- one on the right side of the chest,
- one vertical pocket on the left side of the chest,
- one on the left forearm,
- one internal.

The zippers have cords attached, which allow easy fastening even while wearing gloves.

Reflective Alpinus Safety prints increase safety when moving after dark.

The jacket is well made, looks good. It fits well on a slim person, it is not 'baggy.' With a height of 193 cm, I bought size L and I'm satisfied. The only thing is the inner part of the pocket seems a bit fragile (time will tell), but it gives the impression that it might tear after a while if you carry various irregular items like keys more intensively. Thermal insulation is a plus; at -11°C and with a light fleece underneath, thermal comfort was maintained during a two-hour walk.

If it were possible, I would give 10 stars. I didn't expect such a lightweight jacket to be so warm. Size L fits perfectly for 180 cm height and 85 kg weight. The hood is very well fitted, and the fastening under the jacket provides extra protection against the cold. The material is breathable, so wearing this jacket you don't feel any discomfort from sweating. I recommend it. The jacket is worth its price!

Great jacket. The Alpinus brand is coming back and that's very good, because it's top quality at an affordable price. The jacket is warm, well made, and it's nice that it has a lot of pockets. If someone prefers a looser fit, I recommend taking a size up.
