Nice set of small pots for the outdoors. They are exceptionally light and water boils quickly in them. You just have to be careful when cooking over a fire with their handles because the rubber melts instantly. Other than that, I recommend them.

In my case, the handle also fell off the pot during washing. After the complaint was accepted, I got a second one, which is holding up so far, but I've only used it twice. I also give two stars for the boiling speed.

I bought the mess kits for a 4-day mountain trek – their weight is a plus, but unfortunately, they didn’t even last those 4 days without damage. First, the handle fell off the larger one, and then the next day the whole handle came off the smaller mess kit. Unfortunately, I do not recommend.

The pot is really light and water boils super fast, but that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. After 4-5 uses, the welds on the handle gave way during regular washing. As expected with military gear, the complaint was solved super fast, but unfortunately, the new pot had the same defect right out of the box (one of the welds was already failing). I totally do not recommend it—better to buy something riveted; these welds in aluminum are a disaster.
