The poles are awesome!!! They have a good grip, and a big plus is the handle which can be held in different places, making it easier to walk in the mountains (you don't have to adjust them all the time). Lightweight, take up little space, easy and quick to fold and unfold. I recommend them.

Three-section trekking poles with adjustable length in the range of 110-130 cm. Made from carbon, which is lightweight and resistant to deformation and mechanical damage.
The telescopic design lets you adjust the pole length to your height, with a clear measurement scale next to the lock button for easy reference. Comfortable, secure grip is provided by EVA foam handles, while adjustable wrist straps enhance stability and safety. This model comes with removable rubber tips for use on hard surfaces.

Handy, adjustable trekking poles. The EVA foam grips are solid and well contoured. The set includes tips dedicated for snow. When folded, the poles have a small length, which makes transport easier. Convenient length adjustment system for the poles.
