Soluble chlorine tablets provide an effective solution for disinfecting water stored in reservoirs, including wells. Their action eradicates microorganisms present in the water, responsible for causing gastrointestinal ailments.

Tablets offer high efficacy, are lightweight, easy to carry, and feature an extended shelf life.

For water purification, add 1 tablet to 600 liters of water (2 ppm per 1 liter). In situations involving severe contamination, such as after a flood, use 2–3 tablets per 300 liters of water (4–6 ppm per 1 liter).

The NaDCC active ingredient is endorsed by the WHO according to its guidelines for safe drinking water.
