Backpack Deuter Aircontact Lite 40+10 l - Black/Marine

Trekking backpack crafted from tear-resistant 140D polyamide and 600D polyester. Featuring a hidden drawstring gusset beneath the top flap, the core volume of 40l can be expanded by an additional 10l. Two spacious compartments are designed to accommodate all your essential gear with ease.

Designed with two main compartments, which may be merged into a single large compartment. The top section secures with a flap, while the bottom compartment is zippered. The expandable drawstring gusset under the top flap increases the backpack’s total capacity. Inside, a dedicated pocket is provided for a hydration reservoir with a maximum volume of 3 liters.

A large elastic front pocket and multiple attachment loops, including those for a helmet, enhance utility at the front. Attachment loops along the sides facilitate carrying equipment such as an ice ax or trekking poles. Both right and left sides offer elastic pockets ideal for holding bottles or flasks. Additional compartments located at the bottom and inside the top flap are suitable for storing a sleeping bag, shoes, or wet apparel. The backpack incorporates a chest strap, a hip belt with two small pockets, and compression straps for effective reduction of overall volume.

Equipped with the Aircontact Lite carrying system, comfort is optimized for extended treks. Foam panels ensure stable weight distribution and eliminate specific pressure points to prevent chafing. Responsive foam adaptively follows the user’s pace, promoting optimal ventilation. The back is reinforced with aluminum rods arranged in an X shape, enabling superior adjustment of the carrying system to the user’s back.

The VariQuick system enables fine-tuned adjustment to fit the user's height and body type. Ergonomically shaped shoulder straps in an S shape are lined with mesh for enhanced comfort and breathability. The Vari-Flex hip belt is padded with foam to prevent chafing and ensure a comfortable fit.
