I am moderately satisfied: the mechanism itself works fine, but these are not rigid laces, they are flexible bands. You can tighten them strongly, but the shoe will always be a bit loose.

I do not recommend these laces. They are very poor imitations of Salomon's Quicklaces, and since I can compare them to the originals, I will try to explain what is wrong with the Bennon brand product. Firstly, the laces are made of elastic rubber, which means that even if you tighten the lock very hard, the shoe is still loose on your foot. This problem does not exist with the original because it is made of a stiff string that does not stretch on your foot. Secondly, installation is a nightmare. Finding the instructions is a challenge, let alone installing it. The aglets do not fit into the cover during installation, so you have to trim them to be able to lock it in place, and even after you lock the part where you hide the ends, the rubber bands can still fall out when you pull hard while "tying" the shoe. When I put on the shoe for the first time and tightened the laces tightly, the shoe was still loosely sitting on my foot. Wanting to fit it even better so it wouldn't be loose, the mechanism fell apart, the plastic tips broke off, making it impossible to reattach them to the mechanism. The lesson is that it’s better to pay a little extra for the original.

The laces work well, worth recommending. However, a few notes for potential buyers: 1. the laces are elastic - if someone likes to tie shoes tightly, they might not like them; 2. not suitable for high boots (short cord) - I think ideal for running or everyday use; 3. an installation guide would definitely be useful. It seems simple, but you do have to think. Even on the manufacturer's website there’s nothing - I am considering making a video when assembling the second pair :) I recommend the user's comment Prep - it describes how to assemble them.

Not recommended. They were supposed to be cords (the description mentions 'laces resistant to abrasion and tearing'), but I received rubber bands (the description doesn't say anything about the laces being elastic, let alone that these are just rubber bands from a haberdashery shop).

What can I say in a few words, I am not particularly satisfied with these laces, mainly because there is no instruction for how to install them, and no information about the material. I tried to put them in trekking shoes instead of regular laces and don't know how the elastic band will perform, in other shoes there were strong strings that held the foot well. The quickest method is to take out the mechanism with the locking wheel, the ending is also terrible—when tightening, the element you pull just pops out, only glue fixed the issue. Testing from Monday.

The laces work well in LOW type shoes, they would also be enough for MID ones. They turn shoes into slip-ons, with a tightening option. Practical product with terrible assembly, clearly the product needs some improvement, or at least an official manual. However, to save you some time in this 'Czech movie', here’s a hacking guide for the laces: 1. After threading, insert the stiff ends one at a time into the narrower side of the unlocked stopper, pushing them through with a toothpick until they come out the other side. 2. Thread the stiff ends through the holder holes, bend them into a bracket shape and cut in half with pincers. 3. Only then can you close the holder cap without breaking it during assembly.

Stretchy and durable laces. They fit sports shoes, speeding up putting on/taking off shoes. The downside is the lack of an installation guide. After half an hour of assembling the set, I threw away the semicircular elements and tied the ends of the laces in a knot. It works.

It's hard to install, the clasp is very small. I wanted to put it on other laces but it doesn't fit. The original laces are rubber! And they're short, for me it's rather a useless novelty.

Very thin and durable laces. The fastening holds very well and does not loosen during walking. The only downside is the length, for ankle boots they are just right.

Great thing, the laces do not loosen, although for trekking shoes I had to combine two pairs, but still worth it, I fully recommend.

A good solution for those who dislike tying laces. They work great in sports shoes. You have to do some figuring out how to put them on since there's no instruction. I recommend.
