Bestech Knives Lizard Folding Knife - Green/Orange

Folding knife EDC (Every Day Carry - for everyday carrying) with a blade length of 61 mm and a Clip-Point profile made of D2 tool steel. The ergonomic handle made from G10 laminate and a finger notch ensure comfortable use. Thanks to its lightweight and springy clip, it is easy to carry and suitable for both everyday use and outdoor activities. The model is equipped with a Liner-Lock mechanism.

D2 tool steel, flat grind, Stonewash finish

The blade with a Clip-Point profile is made from high-carbon D2 tool steel, characterized by high resistance to wear and chipping. The blade is sharpened with a flat grind and covered with a Stonewash finish, giving it a matte effect.

thumb hole, Liner Lock mechanism

The knife is opened using a thumb hole assisted by a flipper. This process is enhanced by the use of a ceramic ball bearing in the knife's main axis. The Liner Lock mechanism secures the blade in the open position.

G10 laminate handle, finger notch

The handle scales are made from G10 laminate. The ergonomic shape and non-slip texture of the handle ensure a firm grip. An additional finger notch prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade.

steel clip

Comfortable carrying is ensured by a springy, steel deep-carry clip (tip-up, right carry) that allows easy attachment of the knife to a belt or pocket edge.

D2 feature
D2
D2 is a high-carbon tool steel classified as semi-stainless, characterized by high wear resistance and the ability to maintain a thin, durable edge. It achieves a hardness of 57-62 HRC, which ensures long-lasting sharpness even with intensive use. Its chemical composition is a precisely selected combination of elements: carbon (1.4-1.6%), chromium (11-13%), molybdenum (up to 0.8%), vanadium (up to 1%), manganese (up to 1%), and silicon (up to 1%). The high carbon and chromium content ensures hardness and wear resistance, while molybdenum and vanadium improve the strength and durability of the cutting edge. Although D2 steel is not completely stainless, its corrosion resistance is sufficient to meet the requirements of most conditions of use. It is widely used in the production of mid-range and high-end knives, including handmade knives and cutting tools.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
Stonewash feature
Stonewash
Stonewash is a blade finishing technique that involves treating steel in a drum filled with stones, ceramic abrasives, or beads. The impact of the material creates a characteristic, irregular pattern with micro-scratches, giving the effect of a matte, slightly “aged” surface with a raw, practical appearance. The finish gives the knife an aesthetic look and masks minor scratches and marks that occur during use, keeping the blade looking like new for longer. The matte texture reduces light reflections, which is valued in tactical and outdoor knives, and the micro-scratches can further reduce friction during cutting. Due to its durability, discreet appearance, and ease of maintenance, stonewash is popular in EDC, field, and tactical knives.

Surprisingly cool knife. Mechanically flawless. Fantastically sharp right out of the box. Fits very well in my rather average hand, especially with my index finger in the finger choil. The cutting edge is quite short, but in my opinion this knife is 'form over function.'

A pleasant, small folding knife with a jagged blade line. It practically disappears in your pocket. It weighs little. A very good choice as an everyday helper for boxes or for preparing food at work.
