The knife meets my expectations, looks cool, and is suitable for small tasks. It's not a workhorse but is a handy little helper both on a camping trip and in the home kitchen :) Thank you for the fast shipping :)

Boker is a German knife brand with a tradition dating back to the 17th century, known for its distinctive chestnut tree logo - "Tree Brand." As early as 1830, the company was producing as many as 2,000 sabers per week, which reached European battlefields. In the 19th century, it expanded its operations to the USA, Canada, and Mexico, creating recognizable branches. Today, the main factory in Solingen specializes in handmade collector's and utility knives, also using steel recovered from historical objects, such as the battleship Tirpitz. The brand offers four lines: Boker Manufaktur Solingen, Boker Plus, Magnum, and Arbolito. Boker products are valued by collectors, uniformed services, and chefs around the world.

For me, this is the perfect knife for everyday use, but definitely not for survival or bushcraft. The knife works excellently as an EDC. And I always have it with me.

The handle should be made from a grippier material to compensate for the lack of a guard, especially since this is a dagger, so the knife is not only for cutting but also for stabbing. Due to the very solid full-tang construction, the balance point is unfortunately positioned somewhat suboptimally, meaning instead of being just behind the end of the blade, it is a bit further back, which may be inconvenient for some. RATING 3.75, I round it up to 4.

Great knife made of very good steel. Remember, it is sharp on both sides.
