Blade surface finished using the Stonewash technique. The knife is secured in both open and closed positions with a sturdy tang Latch type lock. Smooth blade deployment is facilitated by a ball bearing system.

This is my first non-butterfly knife and I am very satisfied. It is light and handy. I mastered fast opening and closing after several dozen minutes. I have a long blade and weight comparable to the Kershaw Strata D2 knife. Worth buying and starting a new adventure with an unusual knife. The workmanship is top notch.
