Brunnirok Wurzburg Cut-Resistant Balaclava - Navy

Balaclava in a navy blue color designed to protect the head and neck from flames and to reduce the risk of cuts in the neck area. The model features a single, contoured eye opening and a wide cut-resistant panel that extends from the base of the neck up to under the chin. Flat seams minimize the risk of pressure points and chafing, ensuring the balaclava fits snugly and can be worn comfortably for extended periods.

The entire balaclava is made from flame-resistant material that protects the head and neck against short-term exposure to flame, convective heat, and radiant heat. The lower part of the design, between two layers of flame-resistant fabric, contains a cut-resistant insert that is invisible from the outside. Both the flame-resistant and cut-resistant materials are manufactured in Germany, while the balaclava is sewn in a specialized facility in Europe.

Use of flat seams reduces local pressure and irritation during wear. The balaclava is antistatic in accordance with EN 1149 and can be washed at temperatures up to 30 deg. C. Cut-resistance meets protection level 5 under EN 388 and level D under EN 13997. The flame-resistant material meets EN 11612 standard for A1, B1, and C1, covering resistance to flame spread, convective heat, and radiant heat.
