Brunox Deo lubricant for bike suspension - 100 ml

Brunox Deo is a specialist spray for maintaining and preserving bicycle shock absorbers. Thanks to its ability to penetrate seals, it effectively reaches the mechanism's interior, removing accumulated dirt and softening deposits and dust.

The product eliminates moisture, preventing rust formation. It forms a protective, thin layer on the surface that neither dries nor leaves a sticky film, enhancing the function of moving parts. Regular use helps extend the life of components without negatively affecting rubber, plastic, or painted surfaces. The product is silicone, PTFE, and graphite-free.

The product features a colorless formula and neutral pH, so it does not affect the appearance or structure of the lubricated surfaces. Its density at 20 deg. C is 0.83 ± 0.02 g/cm3, and dynamic viscosity remains at 4 mPas.

The product withstands high temperatures – it can endure up to 150 deg. C for short periods, while maintaining its properties up to 120 deg. C for extended times. Additionally, its melting point is below -50 deg. C, allowing effective performance in low temperatures.

Brunox Deo forms a creeping film ensuring thorough coverage and effective protection. The layer thickness ranges from 1 to 2 μm, with point endurance reaching 64 mPas, while the product does not harden. Product efficiency is about 100–120 m2 per liter, making it an economical solution for maintaining shock absorbers and other components requiring lubrication. Its flash point in an unpacked state is 78 deg. C according to the DIN ISO 2592 standard.
