I'll put it briefly, this cover does the job. I put it on a 25L backpack and it fits perfectly, no need to stretch anything. I got caught in the rain a few times and everything inside stayed dry, nothing got wet. It holds well, doesn't slip off even when you move around a lot. The material looks solid, not thin like something that would fall apart after a couple of uses. If you go outdoors, it's really worth having.
