Focus-Free System

The Spectator Sport binoculars are equipped with a Focus-Free optical system that delivers outstanding depth of field. Through this design, users can conduct observations without the requirement for manual focusing adjustments. As a result, these binoculars are constructed without a central adjustment knob or focus dials on the eyepieces.

Such a configuration is highly valued when the distance to the subject fluctuates rapidly, such as during the observation of high-speed wildlife or sporting competitions. However, it is important to be aware that models with a Focus-Free system are not suitable for near objects, as the closest focusing distance is determined by the user’s individual ocular accommodation ability.

IPX4 standard, binocular customization

Bushnell Spectator Sport is engineered to comply with the IPX4 waterproof standard. Nitrogen purging of the housing prevents internal lens fogging, ensuring reliable performance in damp environments and during abrupt shifts in temperature.

Users can personalize the look of their binoculars thanks to a choice of vibrant plates. The package is supplied with four sets of interchangeable plates (white, blue, black, and red).
