Focus-Free System
The Spectator Sport binoculars utilize an optical system based on the Focus-Free design, delivering outstanding depth of field. As a result, these binoculars are constructed without a central focusing wheel or individual focus adjustment rings on the eyepieces.
This configuration proves especially advantageous when tracking targets at varying distances, such as during observation of rapidly moving animals or live sports events. Be aware, however, that Focus-Free binoculars are not suited for close-range viewing, as the shortest focusing distance depends on the user's individual eye accommodation capability.
IPX4 rating, binocular customization
Bushnell Spectator Sport is rated at water resistance IPX4. Nitrogen purging prevents internal lens fogging, ensuring reliable performance in humid environments and during sudden temperature shifts.
