The EDC (Every Day Carry) folding knife is equipped with a 106.8 mm Sheepsfoot blade profile. Designed by renowned Malaysian knifemaker Snecx Tan, the blade is crafted from Nitro-V stainless steel, hardened to 58-61 HRC for exceptional durability and resistance to wear. The handle incorporates a Superlock locking system, and the spine of the blade features a specially designed notch (jimping) for enhanced thumb grip.
Sheepfoot profile blade, Nitro-V stainless steel
Equipped with a Sheepfoot profile blade, crafted from Nitro-V steel and hardened to a range of 58-60 HRC, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion, superior edge retention, and enhanced toughness. A flat grind has been applied, delivering outstanding slicing capabilities. The blade features a finish achieved by the Black Stonewashed technique.
Ceramic ball bearings, superlock
A manual mechanism featuring a thumb stud enables smooth deployment of the blade. The integration of ceramic ball bearings enhances the opening action, guaranteeing fluid movement. Blade deployment can be accomplished using either the thumb stud or the flipper. The incorporated Superlock locking system boosts operational safety by keeping the blade firmly and securely locked when open.
Aluminum handle, spring clip
Handle scales feature a robust construction from G10 laminate, a resilient composite of fiberglass and epoxy resin, offering a non-slip surface for a reliable hold. Outfitted with a spring-loaded tip-up clip, the knife can be conveniently secured to a pocket or belt for comfortable carry. Depending on user preference, the clip is adjustable and can be mounted on either the left or right side of the handle. A lanyard hole at the tang’s end accommodates a safety cable.
