Precision jimping on the spine of the blade offers added safety by preventing fingers from sliding forward.
Deployment of the blade utilizes both a thumb hole and a flipper, which doubles as a finger guard when open. Ceramic ball bearings facilitate ultra-smooth blade deployment. For safety, the blade is locked in place by a traditional Liner Lock mechanism.
