They don't let the cold through from the ground. They do not move inside the shoe, they do not roll up, they stay in the right position. The size matches the chart. I bought a second pair.
Thermal insoles featuring a 3-layer design, crafted from quilted sheep's wool for optimal thermal insulation and effective air circulation, aluminum foil to retain heat, and latex foam infused with activated carbon for efficient moisture and odor absorption. The reinforced base layer delivers superior shock absorption and flexibility, provides insulation, and prevents slipping, thereby reducing foot fatigue and enhancing overall walking comfort.

Great insoles, I was warm the whole walk :) As soon as I unpacked them, my dog was immediately interested in them, so I conclude that the wool is completely natural and of good quality.

Great shoe insoles. The sizing matches the stated insole length. They are very versatile. They fit perfectly in my winter shoes and my feet are much warmer in them. No cold comes through from the feet.

Warm, comfortable, and very well-fitted. I definitely recommend them when it gets colder outside. For such a price, they are really nice and fit well into my large autumn leather trekking boots.

Good morning, bought as insoles for boots, they fit perfectly, the size is right. As for durability, time will tell, but the price is satisfying. Just buy them on militaria.pl.

These insoles are great if you want to turn summer or transitional shoes into winter shoes. They greatly increase thermal comfort and their price is really budget-friendly.

A nice addition to winter pairs of shoes, wellies, or snow boots. They significantly increase the thermal comfort of the shoe. By a good 10 degrees up. The cost is really low for what they offer.

I had concerns about the size... because shoe sizes are sometimes weird – but in my case, it fit just right. Soft, increase thermal comfort, especially when you need to stand in the cold. They stay well in the shoe. I bought 3 different types from the same manufacturer, so now it's time for comparative tests, but first tryouts suggest that this was a good choice. For cheap shoes, which in my case are quite hard, these insoles add a lot of comfort.
