Secure-Ex feature
Secure-Ex
Secure-Ex is a system developed by Cold Steel, designed for the safe storage and convenient carrying of knives and tools. Sheaths made with this technology are lightweight, durable, and weather-resistant, making them suitable even for intensive use. They hold the knife securely in the sheath while allowing for quick and smooth draw. The system has a modular design - the sheaths can be supplemented with various fasteners, such as buckles, clips (e.g., C-Clip) or ball chains. This allows the knife to be worn on a belt, around the neck, or in other configurations, according to the user's preferences.
52100 feature
52100
52100 is an American bearing steel with a carbon content of 0.98-1.1%, valued in cutlery for its strength, resistance to chipping, and ability to maintain sharpness. The chromium content (1.3-1.6%) improves abrasion resistance and aids the hardening process. It also contains manganese (0.25-0.45%) and silicon (0.15-0.35%), which increase the strength and elasticity of the steel. After proper hardening, the steel reaches a hardness of 62-64 HRC, making it an ideal material for the production of bushcraft, survival, and hunting knives. Although it is not stainless steel and requires proper maintenance and protective coatings, its cutting properties and wear resistance make it one of the best choices among traditional carbon steels.
Micarta feature
Micarta
Micarta is a composite material made of layers of fabric (including canvas, linen, and paper) soaked in resin and pressed under high pressure and temperature. It is characterized by high mechanical strength, resistance to impact, abrasion, and changing weather conditions, as well as dimensional stability, which makes it ideal for knife handles. The surface of Micarta provides a secure grip and can be finished smooth or left with a slight texture to improve control over the tool. The material does not conduct heat or electricity, tolerates contact with moisture well, and acquires a characteristic patina over time, emphasizing the individual style of the knife. Thanks to its combination of durability, environmental resistance, and unique appearance, Micarta is widely used in EDC, outdoor, and collector's knives.

The knife is a bit too bulky for a dagger - the blade. Additionally, the handle design is completely unsuccessful. The metal edges are clearly felt. The handle material is not matched at all. The grip feeling when holding the knife is poor - not secure. You can clearly feel the edges of the metal parts. For comparison, I have SRK and Tanto in my collection - and with those, the grip is secure and comfortable. 3 stars because the blade has a nice shape. Overall, I do not recommend it.

I was waiting for the smaller drop forged to come out and it's a perfect fit, the size is balanced and all the recommendations... and only here in all of Europe did I find it on this website Militaria.pl... Congratulations and the knife arrived very quickly. Vjeko
