Forged from VG-10 San Mai steel laminate, the blade features a three-layered structure with a hard high-carbon steel core encased by stainless outer layers, boosting both flexibility and resistance to corrosion. The reinforced tip is engineered to handle tougher materials while still delivering exceptional cutting precision.
Drop-Point profile blade, additional working edge
Featuring a Drop-Point blade measuring 152 mm in length and 4.6 mm in thickness, the knife's spine incorporates an additional working edge with a reinforced profile, intended for demanding tasks that could compromise the primary edge, such as fire starting, scraping magnesium, or operations requiring enhanced load resistance. Along the spine, at the thumb rest, jimping (serrations) ensures superior blade control during use.
Kray-Ex handle
Designed with an ergonomic handle featuring Full Tang construction, the tool is outfitted with Kray-Ex scales that offer high resistance to mechanical impacts and environmental elements. The textured, non-slip surface guarantees a secure and reliable grip throughout operation.
