Nice little handy tool. The sharpening rod could be a bit longer, but in this form it is sufficient. Carried in a waist bag, it doesn't get in the way at all and is always at hand, it has already come in handy several times. I recommend it :)

Already after a few uses, you can see that the equipment is well thought out. It sharpens quickly and evenly, and thanks to its compact size, you can throw it in a backpack or pocket without any problem. A great option for trips and everyday use.

As a fanboy of the brand, as soon as I saw on YouTube on the manufacturer's channel that they released a sharpener supposedly for their serrated blade knives - I immediately decided to buy it and check it out. First impression - the sharpener does not have a proper edge for sharpening the narrowest elements of the Cold Steel serrated blades. Strange, since they already had their own sharpener on the market dedicated to their serration pattern - Lansky LTRCS. I decided to use it to sharpen the serrations on a Kershaw Livewire Double Edge serrated in CPM Magnacut steel - disaster. The sharpener's edges are quite uneven, and the abrasive surface is contaminated with grains of a much coarser grit than the declared 600 (more like something around 120, one hundred twenty). You can feel it scratching against the blade, and every now and then the blade got stuck on some coarse grain or surface irregularity, and after a few strokes - the edge couldn't cut paper at all. Maybe this sharpener, like some diamond plates, needs a break-in period, maybe it’s just one faulty unit - but after the first contact, I probably won't bring it near CS serrations so as not to ruin them. For those, it’s better to stick with the old and proven ceramic sharpener from Lansky LTRCS. For other serrations, the simple and cheapest Taidea Pen 600 is several times better (that's what I used to sharpen the aforementioned Kershaw Livewire, and I was pleasantly surprised that something so cheap could be so good).

Good sharpener, I mainly use it for serrated cutting edges. It does its job well. When folded, it takes up little space, so you can always have it with you. I recommend it.
