The sword is great and has some weight to it, so I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, I give it 4 stars because the saya is poor quality—the wood immediately cracked when I inserted the sword and I can't even fully close it, as it would fall apart completely. That's a big drawback. A slight knock and it will break. Everything else is great, you just have to sharpen it better yourself.
Authentic reproduction of the Chisa Katana—a sword positioned between the traditional Katana and the more compact Wakizashi. Crafted following classic Japanese patterns and utilizing traditional materials, this piece is designed to satisfy demanding standards.
WARNING! Engineered specifically for full-speed cutting practice—Tameshigiri.
Forged from expertly tempered 1055 spring steel, the blade features a zero-grind edge flowing smoothly from the flats to the cutting surface. Extremely sharp, the sword easily slices through training mats.
Featuring a wooden handle wrapped in genuine Same (stingray skin - Raja). Decorative elements, such as the Tsuba (guard), Kashira (pommel), and Menuki (ornament beneath the wrap), are crafted as metal castings and add distinctive aesthetic value.
The Saya (scabbard) is built from wood and finished with an enamel coating that mimics the look of traditional Japanese lacquer.
An impressive fusion of historical authenticity and modern functionality in a live, sharp-edged weapon.
Ideally suited for experienced swordsmen (Kenjutsu, Iaido, Kendo) and collectors of fine arms.

Hello, I bought this model, just a little smaller, and I am 100% satisfied. For this money, it's a revelation—very well made and very sharp, as a sword should be. It slices through paper easily. My friend trains with a wooden sword, and I only use this one when needed. When I save up some money, I will buy a saber from this company too. I recommend it.

Very heavy sword. After a few swings, your hand hurts from its weight. There are slight scratches on the blade and the scabbard. It needs better sharpening.

Excellent steel! Another one in my collection. 5 stars for super fast shipping.

The sword's length is more like a Wakazashi. A well-made sword that is both modern and traditional at the same time. It withstands tests and training well. Worth its price.
