Pros: Thick, wide shoulder straps that distribute the weight well, don't strain shoulders/arms even with heavier loads and prolonged use. The back is moderately stiff, with thick sewn-in foam and additional reinforcement in the form of a plastic plate that can be removed. Comfortable, although the insert itself could have been stiffer. The strap shortening system is debatable, there's a sewn-in rubber band that you wrap around the excess strap; I've accidentally pulled it off a few times when tightening - whether it's Velcro (like in Helikon) or the rubber band here, for me, insulating tape works best. Solid carry handle, YKK zippers, internal dividers, drain holes, chest strap - all positive. Honest 24-liter capacity. Reinforced stitching, the backpack as a whole is solidly made. The manufacturer is top-class – in my piece, the reinforcement insert was missing, after a call to the guys there was a quick reaction, 24 hours later I had the insert + a great merino cap and an improved version of the hip belt. Bravo!
