It gained worldwide publicity with the K.I.S.S. model, presented at the SHOT Show in 1997 - it sold out immediately and tripled the company's production capacity. CRKT built a reputation as a brand focused on innovation, as proven by its proprietary Deadbolt, Field Strip, and Kinematic systems, as well as the patented Veff-Serrations.
