Crosman PDM9B 4.5 mm Air Pistol - Black

Air pistol featuring a threaded barrel and powered by a 12 gram CO2 capsule, outfitted with a breech recoil mechanism (Blow-Back). Capable of firing both BB pellets and Diabolo-style lead shot.

Metal lock, non-slip grip texture

Constructed with metal components, both the lock and internal mechanisms offer outstanding durability and robustness. The grip features a non-slip texture at key contact points, providing enhanced control and preventing slippage during use. Equipped with a fixed front sight and a rear sight, the air rifle allows for precise aiming.

Blow-Back system, Single Action/Double Action trigger mechanism

The Blow-Back system ensures that each trigger pull generates a recoil of the slide, with the returning motion chambering the pellet into the barrel. The trigger assembly operates in the SA/DA mode (single action/double action), enabling firing after manually cocking the hammer (with the thumb or by racking the slide) for single action, or through double action, where a full press of the trigger both cocks and releases the hammer to discharge a shot.

4 revolver magazines, discharge speed 128 m/sec.

The grip accommodates 4 revolver (garland) magazines, enabling the use of both BB pellets and Diabolo-style ammunition. Each magazine can hold 8 rounds of 4.5mm caliber. Magazine replacement is straightforward and rapid, and the grip also houses a compartment for a 12-gram CO2 capsule. Muzzle velocity reaches 128 m/s, and a single CO2 capsule supports approximately 60 shots.

Militaria.pl is the exclusive distributor of Crosman

Crosman is a brand with more than a century of tradition, which has been providing shooting enthusiasts with reliable air guns and ammunition for years. A turning point in its history was the introduction of the Powerlet CO2 cartridge in 1954 - a 12-gram capsule that revolutionized the market by offering 50% more gas than the 8-gram cartridges previously used. This allowed a much higher number of shots to be fired from a single capsule. Over the years, Crosman expanded its offerings, introducing airsoft replicas, optics and accessories. Today the brand offers a wide range of products that work well for both recreational shooting and professional training.

It fits well in the hand, and every sound is very pleasant, almost like the original. It devours BBs at supersonic speed :) Loud, heavy, nice blowback, looks cool, and gives a lot of fun.

Well-crafted and extremely entertaining to use, with a realistic feel, a very realistic pistol. The slide can be removed, which is very useful for detailed cleaning and lubrication. Strong recoil. The ability to shoot two types of pellets is a big advantage. Loading the ring magazine poses no serious problem. You just have to get used to changing the rings during shooting to avoid jamming. Rifled barrel, strong, accurate air pistol, can also shoot BBs and lead pellets. Finely crafted, metal construction. Overall, it is very similar to a real firearm. I recommend others to confidently try it out.

I have dealt with various air guns - spring-powered, CO2, BB and diabolo, long and short ones. Also RAM and ASG markers. Unfortunately, the PDM9B surprised me negatively. From 15 meters, hitting a target the size of a PET bottle was only possible once in a while; from 10m, it was still quite a gamble, but one in every few (4-5) shots would hit. Only getting closer to 5-6m guaranteed accuracy to some extent. I initially used BBs and then mainly diabolo pellets, from good brands including competition series. It made no difference. In my opinion, the accuracy really leaves a lot to be desired. The pistol, at least in my hand, was only moderately comfortable, and the strong blowback, after several hundred shots, would hit the base of my thumb unpleasantly with the sharp edge of the grip. The issue of the rings falling to the ground during a magazine change was unfortunately confirmed (as you can read and see in reviews online), and all attempts to handle the removable or reloadable magazine in such a way that the rings didn't fall out required pointing the barrel at myself, which even surprised my 13-year-old son… This pistol didn't suit me at all. But it has a great look, good weight, 4 rings for pellets is a good thing, plus a strong blowback. So, many people may like it, as long as accuracy isn't the most important thing.

The pistol is excellently made, the blowback system is very pleasant. The balance is also very good. I expected slightly better accuracy, but it's not bad. At 10 meters, it groups within the size of a can. I recommend it.

The dilemma was whether to choose the CZ DUTY or this Crosman. I already had the CZ, so I took a risk and chose the 'Beretta'. No regrets! The build quality is on the same level as the CZ, very convenient solution with four magazines in one. Compared, for example, to the Walther, it is surprisingly more accurate even though both have rifled barrels (we tested them today). A very powerful, accurate, and reliable piece. I definitely recommend it, sometimes it's worth trying something new! It's in no way inferior to more expensive models, and the blowback system gives amazing fun.

First impression - a solid, heavy pistol. Feels great in the hand, and every sound makes a very pleasant impression, almost like the original. Eats pellets at supersonic speed :) Loud, heavy, great blowback, looks fancy, and gives a lot of fun. Accuracy - recreational, you can hit cans from 10 meters. One cartridge is enough for 6, 7, max 8 magazines. When gas is low, it doesn't cock the hammer; you can fire a few in DA mode, which you feel on the trigger :) It's fun.

Well-made pistol. The slide is removable, which is very useful for detailed cleaning and lubrication. Strong recoil. The ability to shoot two types of pellets is a big advantage. Loading the ring magazines is not a serious problem. You just have to get used to changing the rings during shooting to avoid dropping them. I recommend it, it will bring joy to others too.

As a first toy, the airgun is ok. I only shot with diabolo and it works well. It pierces cans with no problem, but I couldn’t break beer bottles, although I managed to break 100ml vodka bottles. Now I've bought better pellets and we'll see how it goes. On the downside, the slide doesn’t lock back after shooting a ring, so you have to count your shots.

A massive, well-made airgun at an affordable price. Interesting magazine solution, which holds 4 pellet rings and a compartment for a cartridge. Great for starting to have fun with shooting. Plus for the possibility to disassemble the slide and clean it. I recommend it.

I am positively surprised, it has power. I recommend it. I'm still learning how to use it, I don't understand what shooting systems are mentioned in the video but it shoots great and that's what matters. It's great fun.

This equipment is nothing other than a Beretta 92, just with the Crosman logo - and as with all Berettas, it's quite a hefty piece, fits great in my hand (my big hands automatically form a 'clamshell'), and I knew it would be accurate as soon as I saw the dimensions and weight. The magazine system is very clever - with one CO2 cartridge, you can shoot 7 mags with 9 pellets each without any noticeable drop in speed or accuracy; only at the eighth do you notice the gas running out. My friend said that by the third pellet in the eighth mag, he could pee farther than the pellet travels :-). That statement was made at about +15C, and I think those are realistic limits for this equipment. You gain something, you lose something - if you want blow-back, you get fewer shots. The blow-back is very realistic, but it takes some practice to manage the recoil without losing sight alignment - YouTube videos help a lot. If you want to carry it in a holster, look for the biggest possible because it will fit in a standard Umarex holster, but the heavy grip flops around in all directions, and the strap sticks out with your pants - uncomfortable. For me, a 'thigh' holster solved it - I put it on, looked in the mirror... no, I'm not going to turn into Lara Croft. After some modifications, it sat perfectly on a wide belt, and because it's large and deep, the Beretta fits and hangs on the barrel without that annoying feeling that it's about to fall out. To sum up - it's not for everyone. The weight and blow-back make a difference, so I recommend it for bigger men's hands. Teens (my 14-year-old nephew) and women (my wife) definitely didn't like the weight and grip, but everyone has their preferences. Today at the shooting range near Tarnów (31/V) - Children's Day: shooting lanes + professional instruction for free, so it's a sin not to take advantage. We're starting with the young one (he prefers the Colt mod. 1911 replica; same dimensions as 'the Beretta' but with a slimmer grip and it fits nicely in the clamshell).

For the price, a very nice air gun. A big plus for the ring magazines for pellets hidden in the magazine. After shooting 8 pellets, you pull out the magazine, change the ring, and keep shooting :) I'm satisfied for this price. I recommend it for beginners :)

Crosman PDM9B 4.5 mm air pistol - Black. Nice heavy air gun, it's good to buy additional ring magazines, which I think I'll do. For shooting cans or targets it's great, plus the option to use two types of pellets. I recommend it.

Jams in the barrel. It doesn't fire every time. Poor replica in terms of realism. 8 pellets is really not much. Low shot energy... It probably won't break bottles unless from two meters away. I was convinced by the rifled barrel and the possibility to shoot diabolo pellets. I was disappointed. I do not recommend.

A very realistic pistol. The ability to remove the slide is very useful for thorough cleaning and lubrication. Strong blowback. The possibility to shoot with two types of pellets is a big plus. There is no major problem loading the ring magazines. You just have to get used to changing the rings during shooting to prevent them from falling out.
