The R-Defender Generation 3 polymer holster is specifically designed for Glock 17 Gen 5 pistols. Constructed from reinforced polymer, the third generation R-Defender holster delivers enhanced protection for your firearm.

Placing the pistol into the holster results in an automatic lock. Drawing is accomplished by pressing an intuitive button-operated lock positioned for easy access by the index finger. This mechanism ensures the firearm is protected against loss or unauthorized removal while still offering the operator rapid access and fast deployment.

Attachment to the belt is achieved via a paddle mount.

Compatibility extends to Glock 17, 22, and 31 models from generations 1 through 4.

    I use it regularly and it really does the job - the gun sits securely, doesn't fall out even with intense movement, and at the same time, you can draw it instantly. The fin holds well on the belt, nothing shifts, even when running or crawling. The holster looks professional, is solidly made, and very comfortable to wear.

    Fits perfectly. It goes in stiff, we'll see how it shapes up after some use. Holds firmly on the belt and doesn't move around. Tested on Umarex G17 gen4.

    Nice holster for a reasonable price, but unfortunately doesn't fit the Umarex G17 gen 4 (needs gentle modification), but G17 gen 5 fits without issue with a little looseness.

    A very practical and comfortable holster for the Glock 17. Its strong point is solid protection against falling out, released with a lever operated by the index finger or the middle, longest finger. Its big advantage is the low price.

    The holster is well made, with the Glock 17 5th gen there's a slight looseness on the sides, but overall the pistol holds perfectly.

    The holster is generally fine, but the Glock 17 from Umarex does not fit.

    The holster is nice and aesthetic. Glock 3rd generation fits loosely, but the latch holds the tang tightly. You can eliminate the looseness, which causes slight "wobbling" of the block in the holster, by sticking a thin piece of foam (1.5 - 2 mm) on double-sided tape as a spacer.

    Well-made holster, tried with a Glock 17 CO2 replica, unfortunately the clip holding the trigger guard is too short to secure the replica properly.
