Defcon 5 IFAK Medic Pouch - Vegetato
Horizontal first aid pouch in Vegetato camouflage designed for storing and carrying an individual medical kit IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). It is made of abrasion- and tear-resistant 1000D nylon. MOLLE-compatible construction allows it to be attached to a tactical vest, backpack, or belt.
durable 1000D nylon
The pouch measures 20 cm x 13 cm x 8 cm and features a flat, durable design that does not restrict movement during dynamic activities. The model is made of 1000D nylon, which is highly resistant to abrasion, tearing, and intensive use in demanding field conditions. The material maintains the right structural rigidity while reducing unnecessary equipment weight, which is crucial during prolonged use. The material used has also been additionally waterproofed, which protects it from soaking through quickly, improves drying, and provides resistance to dirt.
Organization and access to the interior
The main compartment of the pouch is closed with a durable, two-way zipper, which allows the interior to be opened wide and gives quick access to the contents. The interior is equipped with layered, flat pockets and elastic loops for accessories. This layout makes it easier to arrange the contents logically and allows the internal organization to be adapted to the user's individual needs. Additionally, the first aid pouch has an integrated ID pocket.
molle/pals mounting system
Compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system allows the pouch to be attached to a vest, backpack, or other elements of equipment. At the top there are loops for attaching additional gear. The large handle ensures a secure grip and allows the pouch to be quickly detached from the panel. Combined with the wide opening of the main compartment, this improves ergonomics and shortens access time to the contents. The velcro panel allows any patches or emblems to be attached, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches.

Vegetato camouflage
Vegetato is an Italian military camouflage introduced at the beginning of the 21st century as the standard camouflage pattern of the Italian Armed Forces. The pattern is based on irregular, layered patches in shades of green, brown, beige, and earthy red. Vegetato, also known as mimetico Vegetata or Italian Woodland, was created as a modern alternative to older woodland-type patterns. Thanks to its rich palette and well-thought-out patch layout, this camouflage effectively breaks up the soldier's silhouette and works well in varied natural surroundings - especially in areas covered with low and medium vegetation. Due to its character and colour scheme, Vegetato adapts well to conditions found in many regions of Europe, including both Mediterranean and temperate climates.

MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
