Wide-angle binoculars from the Extreme series featuring 7x fixed magnification and a 50 mm objective lens diameter are recognized for their robust build quality. Multi-coated optics combined with large objective lenses deliver exceptional brightness and sharp, vivid visuals. Suitable for use during daylight and in low-light conditions after sunset.
The binoculars are constructed with a sturdy metal body encased in a specialized rubber coating, which not only ensures a secure grip but also offers reliable shock absorption in case of impacts or drops. The Extreme series mechanisms function reliably across a broad temperature spectrum, ranging from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius.
A key attribute of the Extreme line is complete waterproofing and prevention of internal fogging, achieved through filling the binoculars with pure nitrogen.
Ergonomic eyecups conform comfortably to the eye sockets, effectively blocking stray light. The generous build allows operation with gloves, and combined with the eyepieces’ long eye relief, provides a comfortable viewing experience.
These binoculars incorporate a Porro prism system and feature low-dispersion optical elements; the prisms employ premium BaK-4 glass. All optical components are treated with fully multi-coating (FMC) anti-reflective layers, ensuring over 90 percent light transmission through the system. The resulting image is devoid of aberrations such as astigmatism and coma, and thanks to precise distortion correction, remains flat across the field of view.
Every Delta Optical Extreme model is equipped with an individual, external focusing mechanism for each eyepiece.
