I read the reviews and bought it. Returning it… They bend in random places, each shoe in a different spot, 1 kg is a lot for one shoe, extremely uncomfortable. Worse than cheap rubber boots :(

The shoes are very warm and comfortable, even at temperatures of -20°C while walking. When I stayed mostly in one place, sitting at a camp, my feet got a bit cold. The shoes look good, are comfortable, and handle water contact well. They give the impression of being well made, but only time will tell how they perform with extended use. I rate the purchase positively.

When buying these shoes, keep in mind that brand-new ones may feel tight at first, but after about half an hour of walking around at home, the fluffy interior gets compressed and they start to feel loose. This makes it difficult to choose the right size accurately, even after trying them on—especially if you plan to wear thick socks. Demar could update their sizing, or at least they should publish information about this. The upper part is very wide; it fits pant legs, long underwear, and even two pairs of socks up to mid-calf. The downside is that when standing still, for example when waiting for the bus, your feet can get cold from the soles, even if the temperature isn’t below -10°C and you have two pairs of socks on. But while walking, even in colder temperatures, there’s no problem. These boots are great for walking on untrodden snow, but not as comfortable on sidewalks, etc. Well, they are snow boots. Average quality—you shouldn’t expect miracles, but they do the job.

I bought them in the winter, it was written that they withstand -50, now it's -35, although they only withstand frost up to -10 at most and even then only for an hour, after that your feet get cold. They also soak up moisture quickly. For their price, they did not meet expectations.

The boots are just perfect for winter. Excellent quality leather, the front is embedded in rubber, which makes them quite waterproof. Super comfortable and provide great insulation from low temperatures.

Mega solid and very warm boots. You don't need to use additional warmers with them because they keep your feet from freezing. Definitely worth recommending if you like winter hikes.

I definitely recommend them! Even at the manufacturer's price of 439 PLN. A very big advantage for me is that it's a fully Polish product. I also rate the boot liner (the so-called removable insert), which is wool and removable as it should be, which makes it easier to dry and clean such a tall boot, and the insole is also wool. The boot is very roomy, and the manufacturer took into account extra space in the sizing for a very thick sock. I usually wear size 41, mountain boots 42, and similar-purpose boots from TNF 43. For Demar Caribou PRO, if you wear 41, buy 41 if you plan to use them in very low temperatures. My tip: it’s worth putting an extra 4mm insole with aluminum foil (preferably wool as well) under the original one (it costs 13 PLN in shoe stores), which noticeably increases the thermal insulation from the sole side if you need to stand on snow for several hours (tested in the mountains). The boot is very soft, and for me, may not be suitable for long mountain hikes. Based on the above, if someone really likes the boot and would like to wear it every day with a thin sock, they should consider buying one size smaller than usual.

Great boots. Unfortunately, I took too large a size so I had to exchange them. One thing's for sure, I regret not buying these boots earlier. Lightweight yet solid product. Regards.

I want to share my experience. I got these boots for trenches. The idea was: in wet, damp, and rainy weather, they would be good to walk in mud. In frost – feet would stay warm. I haven't tried them in severe frost yet. But in wet and damp weather, I want to say that condensation accumulates in the boots and it gets uncomfortable for the feet. Next, the 'removable multi-layer natural wool insulation insert' is not the best solution for field use in trenches. Condensation will soak these wool inserts, and it's a problem to dry them in the field or a dugout. The 'raised sole with a deep tread provides very good grip on different surfaces' – to be honest, these boots are quite slippery. I have something to compare to. I also wear Bellivelle 675st boots – they are not as slippery. So I am not very satisfied with these Demar boots! For 3500 UAH I expected better. If I had known, I would have bought something cheaper and simpler! But I’ll see how they perform in severe frosts if I have to stand outside for 3 to 4 hours. If my feet do not freeze in the frost, I’ll rewrite my review and give it a solid 4 (4 stars). For now – satisfactory!!!

The boots are really warm and solid. The materials look high-quality. During a long walk at -12°C through forest snow, it was comfortable and pleasantly warm for my feet and calves, so I suspect they will perform excellently even at lower temperatures. I definitely recommend them.
