A horizontal pouch designed for storing and carrying an individual medical package IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). It is made of abrasion- and tear-resistant 500D Cordura. It is adapted for mounting under the front panel of a tactical vest, offering the user a main compartment and a pocket for protective gloves.

Organization and access to the interior
The main compartment of the pouch is closed with a durable, two-way zipper that allows the interior to open wide and provides a quick view of the contents. Equipment organization is supported by two removable stiffeners and a system of elastic cords that stabilize the carried medical supplies and keep them properly arranged. On the front there is a flat pocket for storing small accessories such as protective gloves or writing utensils.

The mounting system consists of an upper panel with MOLLE/PALS webbing and hook and loop, allowing the pouch to be securely attached under the front flap of a tactical vest. In addition, the front of the pouch features laser-cut modular webbing, which allows additional pieces of equipment to be attached directly to the outside of the pocket.
