Not big, easy to operate. Will work well out of town when camping and more. Excellent for boiling water or heating meals.

For a trip to the forest to boil water in a kettle or metal mug.

Pocket stove from the well-known Esbit brand. It is certainly not a full-fledged camping stove, but it will be perfect in an emergency for boiling a cup of water. The build quality is 5 out of 5.

Nice small stove, definitely worth having for short trips.

It is identical to the old version from surplus, except for the 'Made in WEST Germany' inscription. Small, about the size of a pack of cigarettes—easy to hide as an emergency. I use it as a base for an alcohol stove, and I keep the (very smelly) solid fuel in two layers of foil as a backup.

Made of good hard metal, it's the same as the Bundeswehr surplus version.
