Quilted blanket designed to provide optimal body alignment and allow for unrestricted movement while sleeping. Constructed from premium nylon with a rugged outer layer and insulated with duck down and feathers. Easily convertible into a rectangular sleeping bag.
Temperatures and usage conditions
The operating temperatures of the Drom quilt are specified according to EN 13537:
- T-comfort: 6 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit: 1 deg. C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -8 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which it is possible to survive in the sleeping bag. This is not a value recommended for standard use.
20D nylon with Water Repellent coating
Both the exterior and interior are crafted from lightweight 20D nylon treated with a hydrophobic WR (Water Repellent) coating. This fabric finish significantly reduces moisture absorption.
Filled with duck down
Optimal thermal insulation and efficient air circulation are provided by a 91/9 blend of Polish duck down. With a 700 cuin fill power rating, the insulation guarantees exceptional compressibility, making it possible to pack the quilt into a compact size.
Left-side zipper, Anti-Bite system
Equipped with a two-way zipper on the left side, the quilt can be transformed into a rectangular sleeping bag. A fluorescent puller ensures effortless use even in low-light conditions. A well-thought-out compromise between a blanket and a sleeping bag – you can either cover yourself freely or fasten it for more insulation. The material doesn't "slip" on the mat, which makes a difference at night. It provides very good warmth. I hesitated because the price is quite high, but overall I don't regret it, it works well for me and I often sleep in a tent.

A very nice solution for trips. The material is pleasant to the touch and keeps warmth well for such a low weight. The zipper works without problems, although when zipping quickly it can sometimes catch the fabric a little. Apart from that, it's really comfortable and practical.

I have had the equipment since 09.12.2025. Delivery was as always great, next day, but... maybe I was unlucky and got a faulty unit, I don't know, in any case I am a bit disappointed. It turns out that the chambers holding the down are not tightly separated from each other, and over time – and that's only after 1.5 months – the down from the middle chambers has migrated to the edge chambers, resulting in almost nothing left to keep warm there. Meanwhile, the edge chambers, the ones by the zipper, are filled to the brim. Unfortunately, the product does not fulfill its role, so I will be filing a complaint. I suggest checking your own units to see if the chambers are stitched and the down doesn't move around with every movement. I have attached a few illustrative photos.
