A mug with the right capacity and a well-fitted lid, retains heat, no marks from fire. During transport, you can fit a Trangia wrapped in foil inside the mug. The handles get hot even if bent out during cooking, so you need some solution for taking it off the stove (gloves, multitool pliers). The spork is pleasant to use, the spoon doesn’t hurt your mouth, the fork isn't scary in transport, and you can use it to skewer your food.

Light and very handy set. The mug can be used over a fire, and thanks to the mesh pouch, it won't dirty your backpack later. Another plus is that many gas cartridge stoves will fit inside the mug. The spork will pretty much fit anywhere.
