I bought this liner because I wanted to avoid washing my sleeping bag after every trip. It turned out to be really practical: the inside of the sleeping bag stays cleaner, there are fewer unpleasant smells, and washing the liner itself is much easier. Sleeping with it is more comfortable, the material doesn’t stick to your skin, especially in hot weather. It also gives a slight sense of extra warmth, although you shouldn’t expect miracles – it just improves comfort on cooler nights. However, keep in mind that if you change positions often during sleep or like to have more space, the liner may twist a bit and become annoying, at least until you get used to it. Overall, it’s a very functional product, especially for people who travel frequently.
